Tony Tears are proponents of Dark Metal and Dark soundtrack music in the Italian and international Darksound style, with myriad influences but always in their recognizable style. Since 1988, Tony Tears have released two official demos between 1988 and 1989. From the 1990s, semi-official demos were released due to their leader (Antonio "Tears" Polidori) wanting to also be the guitarist in the band. Since 2000, Antonio decided to dedicate himself entirely to his project and band. From then on, there has been an escalation of self-produced albums and then with official record labels. PER CHOCOLTA has been and still is a project and band where concerts are carefully selected and are considered real events, where the stage side is never missing. In this sense, it was also the first project to use masks instead of makeup.
