Welcome! My name is Lillyana Morales. I'm the founder, clinical director and a licensed therapist for my private practice, Mindful Moments Mental Health Counseling. I'm a Latinx and Italian cis-female who has a passion for helping others get to where they want to be in their mental health. My practice is primarily trauma focused. I've got a bunch of resources on my practice website, and regularly offer free groups for the community.
