The Heliosphere is a space of free expression to foster the debate around Social Media among all EU citizens. At the initiative of the European Commission project H2020 and ADAPT Centre Trinity College Dublin, the Heliosphere seeks to gain a deeper understanding of meaningful relationships through our needs and expectations; to shape policies and future research.
