The spinal rotation you learn from rope flow can help you become a better swimmer, seriously. 
And yes… I CAN  swim 😂. I prefer using flippers though, I have dense bones. 

But really, check out the recent video on the channel. I explain conceptually why rope flow is the best low intensity movement practice you’ll want to start learning. All aspects of the way you move WILL improve. It’s wild!
