BTY is ...The place to be and become...it is a multi faceted training facility for all age groups. BTY, Better Than Yesterday, is open to the general public and we call BTY #homegrown because it is owned and operated by former Marysville athletes Carly Truitt and Kevin Truitt. At BTY we want to help you reach your optimum potential as a healthy human and as an athlete. Our trainers will help you set and reach your goals. Whether those goals are moving more pain-free, being a leaner and healthier version of yourself, training for an event, making a school team or taking your game to the next level. We are here to have fun helping you every step of the way, and we want you to do this in our safe and positive culture. Knowing that you don't have to be perfect but, if you work hard each day to be a little Better Than Yesterday, you are going to reach your goals.
