JUNK is a funky-jazz-soul band with 10 members, who started with covers during the first years of their carrier. The band changed to write their own tunes for a while and as a result of this work they released their first EP with 6 songs. Speciality of the band is their most successful project, the more than 4 years old JUNK Big Band. The big band has 20 members which has raised the rhythm of their music to an incredible energy level. Their repertoire contains their own tunes they rearrange songs from the most inspiring bands of since '70s. It can be funk, hiphop or latin rhythms, tracks of the '70s or maybe some less known tunes. At their concerts the audience gets a diverse picture of them and about their musical impressions. The same diversity can be heard at their own tracks which represents different worlds one-by-one. The big band has hosted star guests from the Hungarian musical scene like Tibor Tátrai, Veronika Harcsa, Lőrinc Barabás, Janka Koszi and many more...
