I've always struggled with concentration while working. I tried Pomodoro and all other methods but the only thing that ever worked for me was repetitive music, sounds and guided meditation.
I always picked music I had in my library and told everyone around me that "I'm getting into the zone", basically saying leave me alone, I need to focus. I finally discovered which type of sounds helped to get me focused.
I made this channel to help you get into the zone when working, studying, meditating or coding.
My videos include relaxation music, relaxation meditation music and other things to help you zone out of the distractions of the world around you and zone into what you need to do. I am also creating guided meditation for you to start, continue, or end the day in bliss.
