Welcome cyclists, runners, and multi-sport endurance athletes. I created this channel to help us really dig into building strength and mobility for to boost performance, reduce injury risk and improve recovery. Every workout can be done at home with minimal equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, or bodyweight, and most run 20–40 minutes to fit busy schedules.
I’m a certified holistic endurance coach and educator (B.Ed.) with over 25 years of coaching experience. Strength training and mobility work doesn't have to be boring or daunting.
