Vince “SNAPPER” Sherer is a retired U.S. Air Force pilot, known for service in the A-10 Thunderbolt II “Warthog”. Over a 20-year career, he flew 299 combat missions and accumulated over 1,300 combat flight hours in the A-10 and MC-12 aircraft during four deployments to Afghanistan.
Since retiring, Sherer has continued to fly for the USAF as a contractor and now as a DOD civilian. He has shared his experiences through various podcast, offering detailed insights into the realities of aerial combat from the cockpit.
SNAPPER has credited fatherhood as the motivating factor in his recent online content development. Vince has stated that his dive into social media is intended to provide his children insight into who their father really is.
