Hello there,

Since my retirement from mainstream broadcasting (2021), my autism and ADHD diagnosis AND the publication of my book 'Illuminated (2023) ,' I have been on an epic voyage of self-discovery. 

It has been a path of unearthing hidden treasures, my gifts, my talents, and my needs, and most importantly, I have changed my lifestyle over time to Liberate myself. 

I am now swerving negativity as my solution-based creative mind is in the driving seat. 

I have finally found myself. 

It is never too early or too late to direct your own life.

This channel is a demonstration of my tourettic nature, my yearning to communicate my ideas and to share my loving heart.
