Hey Friends, welcome to my channel! I’m Dionne, a Licensed Zumba®️ Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer and am AFAA Certified located in Indiana. Exercise can be super fun and I want to spread Joy, Vitality and Inspiration through Zumba and Fitness! 

I often say to myself and students; “Honor Your Body because it’s the only one you have.” This is a wonderful reminder to stay fit and focused.
